Refund Policy

Coupon Policies:

Coupons, discount offers, and promotions may not be combined with other offers.

Excluded from any discount programs, coupons, special offers are the following: Pandora, Brighton, Alex and Ani, Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments, Gift Cards, Custom or Special Orders.

Annie’s Hallmark Baldoria and Gretchen’s Hallmark Lucy’s values each and every customer. We gladly accept returns based on the policies as follows:

General Return Policies:

Merchandise may be returned for exchange, or refund within 30 days from date of delivery for online orders or 30 days of purchase with in-store receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in like-new, saleable condition. Online order shipping charges are non-refundable except in a case where the error is on our part.

Clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Face Masks, Hand Sanitizer and Perishable Foods

All returns are processed according to original payment method. Allow Ten business for credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement. If you have not received your refund after ten business days please contact us at orders@anniesbaldoria.com and we will investigate any problem.

Crown Rewards Policy:

Crown Rewards points will be deducted at the time of all returns and exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Contact us at Support@ShopAnniesOnline.com or call our Salem, NH location at 603-898-1778. Let us know your order number and the item you are looking to exchange. We will then send you a return label and determine if we have the size you need so that we can ship out a replacement,

Returns (if applicable)
If the item you received is damaged or you just simply changed your mind, contact us for a return label. Fill out the return form included with your packing slip and ship the item back to us with in 30 days of purchase. Once received we will process your refund.
