Your Brighton Warranty
Brighton is known for its attention to both detail and quality. In fact, Brighton is so confident that they guarantee your satisfaction. Brighton jewelry, watches, and handbags all have a manufacturer’s warranty. If your piece is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect, Brighton will repair the item for you under their Brighton Warranty. This guarantee does not ensure repairs on damages due to negligence or normal wear and tear.
Brighton Handbag Warranty
When you register your handbag, Brighton will warranty your purchase against workmanship and structure defects for two full years from the date of your purchase. Brighton reserves the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence and/or normal wear and tear.
Each Brighton handbag has a registration number on a leather patch stitched on the inside of the bag.
Your Brighton handbag is also eligible for Brighton cleaning and conditioning services. If you would like for your bag to be cleaned and conditioned, call the handbag department at (800) 235-8748 ext. 1402. (Hint: Have your registration number available when you call in). You pay to ship the handbag to Brighton; Brighton pays to ship it back to you. If your bag needs repairs, call the handbag department at (800) 235-8748 ext. 1402. If the damage is covered by the 2-year warranty due to manufacturing defect, Brighton will send a pre-paid UPS label and repair the bag free of charge. If the repair falls outside the 2-year warranty or is not considered a manufacturers’ defect, Brighton will inspect the handbag and call you with repair charges. (We’ve found these to be quite reasonable!)
Brighton Jewelry Warranty
Brighton happily repairs or replaces merchandise that is damaged due to a manufactures’ defect within one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid only with the original product owner and does not apply to normal wear and tear.
If your jewelry is no longer covered by the warranty or has damage not caused by manufacturing defect, Brighton will repair the piece as best as possible and notify you of any charges.
Brighton Watch Warranty
Brighton watches are warranted to the original owner for a period of five years from the date of purchase against defective materials or workmanship pertaining to the mechanism. The watch battery, band, casing, and crystal are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase against defects that might occur during the manufacturing process. Any damage caused by normal wear and tear or water damage to any portion of the timepiece is not covered under warranty.
To send in your jewelry/watch for repair, use durable packaging and mail via a traceable method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation) to the address below:

Please include a letter with your full name, phone number, mailing address. Provide information about how long you’ve had the item and describe the problem – – even if it is obvious. Include a copy of your receipt; if you do not have one available, inform Brighton of the date and store where purchased.

Brighton Replacement Watch Bands $12.00 (plus S&H) at time of publication.
Brighton Replacement Watch Crystals are available for all currently manufactured timepiece styles. Call Consumer Affairs Department for availability. Crystals are $10.00 (plus S&H) at time of publication.
Brighton Replacement Watch Batteries. Batteries are a standard size and may be purchased at any reputable watch or jewelry shop. Batteries are available through Brighton for $2.00 (plus S&H) at time of publication.
Turn-around time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
