I found a book online where other stores were sold out. I also found a few other unique gifts. All were delivered in perfect condition a few days later.
My book arrived damaged. I reported the damage immediately, and on the next business day, I received an email from the store. They sent me a return label for the damaged book, and promptly sent out a replacement, which has been received in perfect condition. Love the book, and the customer service was outstanding! Thank you!
