I am very sorry your package has not arrived yet. I have reached out to FedEx and am waiting for their reply. I have pulled another Black Pre-lit tree and put it aside from you. I will ship out a replacement if they cannot find the package. They usually reply within 48 hours.

Good Morning Kathy,
Fedex replied back that they are investigating this and it could take up to 2 weeks to resolve. That is a long time. I am going to ship out another Tree for you today. You will get tracking information sometime this morning. If you should receive the original package, please email us back and we will send you a return label. I am going to work on filing a claim with Fedex.

According to tracking, the replacement tree was delivered to your home September 2nd at your front door/porch. The original package is still showing delayed. I will work with Fedex on that.
