Didn’t get to me in time

I paid an extra $44 so that I could give the bracelet as a gift for a party that I need to be at. The bracelet did not arrive in time. I had to go hunt different boutiques locally until I could find it. I was not showing up at the party without the July reflections bracelets . So disappointing! Won’t be ordering again!

We’re very sorry to hear about the delay and understand how disappointing it can be when an order doesn’t arrive when you were hoping, especially if it was intended for a special occasion. and paying for quicker shipping.

We reviewed your order and found that it was placed on Saturday, July 11, after 5:00 PM. Our shipping team prepared the shipping label on Sunday morning, and the package was picked up by USPS on Monday as they do not pick up on Sundays. While we always do our best to get orders on their way as quickly as possible, the delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and can sometimes be affected by carrier transit times.
