Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers & Processing Times

Annie’s Hallmark Baldoria ships orders using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Peak Holiday Processing

During our busiest shipping season in November and December, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped. Once shipped Customer Service has the same tracking information as customers do, 

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the Continental United States of America.

We do not ship to:

• Hawaii
• Alaska
• American Samoa
• Marshall Islands
• Northern Mariana Islands
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Federated States of Micronesia
• Puerto Rico
• Palau
• Guam
• International destinations

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying full-price orders of $99 or more.

Orders under $99 and orders containing merchandise discounted 40% or more do not qualify for free shipping.

A $7.99 flat-rate shipping option is available for eligible orders. Additional shipping options, including expedited services when available, may be displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping may be provided through FedEx Home Delivery, USPS, or UPS Ground.

After your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Expedited Shipping

Annie’s Hallmark Baldoria offers expedited shipping for an additional charge when available. Eligible expedited shipping options and rates will appear during checkout.

Please remember that selecting expedited shipping does not eliminate order processing time. The expedited delivery timeframe begins after your package has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional delivery time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

After a package has been transferred to the carrier, Annie’s Hallmark Baldoria receives the same tracking information available to the customer. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change while a package is in transit.

Important Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays, major promotions, severe weather, and other high-volume periods.

We work to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, but estimated processing and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

We offer FREE curbside pick-up, as well as in-store pick-up for our two NH locations. We ask in-store pick-ups be picked up with in 2 weeks of ready for pick up date. Seasonal items are not returnable after 30 days from ready to pick up date.
