enewton design : Dignity Sincerity 4mm Bead Bracelet - Pearl

I have ordered hundeds of dollars worth of enewton various jewely. My last order of 3 bracelets is unacceptable. I think the cord is not long enough to fit all of the beads. I have one of my personal bracelets that lays flat on the table the other 3 have too many beads & are all crooked. They are Xmas presents but I still would like to return them. The quality of them is so different than all my other jewelry. Please let me know what you can do. I do love enewton jewelry but these 3 pieces. Shirley Welch
