Adorable gift, however there was NO gift card & the recipient had NO idea who it was sent by.😩

I am very sorry you were disappointed in how the gift arrived. Please note for any new orders, we have a notes section on the cart page where you can include a message. We did not find any notes on your order. The Bill to address and shipping address on your order were the same. The packing slip reflects this address as the Receipient. If we were shipping to a differnt address, both the receipiant address and shipping address will show on the packing slip. I hope that helps for future orders. We apprecaite your business!
