Not received!

I ordered product on Aug 1. Tracking said it would arrive by Aug 7. When I check Fed-ex tracking it says "delayed". Please remedy.

I am very sorry about the problems with your order delivery. I contacted Fedex. They tell me the shipment was damaged and they could not deliver it. I can either fully refund your order or I can send a new order shipment out. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
