Love the product, not the process

I ordered the bag online, so it came from the Londonderry store to the Salem one. I wasn’t able to use coupons or rewards online (Why not!?) , so I wanted to do so when I picked it up. The associate on duty struggled with how to do this for about 15 minutes. She apologized over and over and said she’s “just the weekend help” so she wasn’t familiar with how to do an online return. Weekend employees should be trained the same as weekday ones. She was ultimately able to help me, but it took quite a while and she seemed embarrassed by not knowing the process. That said, my new Bogg Bag is AWESOME!!!!
